About the Founder

Anthony began his career in operations management inside financial services, spending seven years in high-stakes institutional environments before serving on the COO team of a Swiss-headquartered investment bank. A brief chapter in venture-backed technology followed, leading finance and operations for a Brooklyn startup.

Hospitality entered his life as a practical decision. It became a vocation.

What started behind the bar and on the floor quickly evolved into nearly a decade of work inside some of New York City’s most exacting dining rooms. Along the way, he worked for and collaborated with chefs and restaurateurs operating at the highest level of the craft—leaders behind iconic mainstays, one-, two-, and three-Michelin-star kitchens, four-star New York Times institutions, and Relais & Châteaux properties that repositioned hospitality in the broader cultural landscape.  

From 2023 to 2025 alone, he produced more than one hundred high-profile dinners for executive leadership, heads of state, cultural figures, and global brands—experiences where discretion, precision, and relational intelligence mattered as much as cuisine.

Today, through Stewarded Hospitality, Anthony brings the rigor of financial operations together with the discipline of elite service environments. The result: hospitality designed with strategic intent, where systems support culture, execution reinforces trust, and every experience reflects the standards of leaders accustomed to excellence.
