B.  Margin Protection and Financial Control:
Stabilize prime cost. Reduce waste. Tighten comps and voids. Clarify labor triggers. Install manager routines that prevent drift.

Deliverables: labor deployment logic, purchasing and pars rhythm, variance checks, comp and void guardrails, open and close checklists, contribution margin on menu analysis

C.  Revenue Growth and Sales Capture:
Increase sales without compromising hospitality values. Shorten time to first purchase. Improve pacing. Ideate on opportunities for revenue generation.
